Anthony founded Rhodes Power in late 2024 with the desire to create a company that would allow him to utilize his skills and experience to have the greatest possible impact on the power market.  Some of those skills include risk management, strategy & growth planning, business valuation, business development, and process improvement, among other things.  Anthony's entrepreneurial spirit, along with his unique ability to analyze processes end to end, allows him to assist with a wide range of client needs.

Anthony has worked in the retail electricity space for over 15 years.  He started his career working in the electric co-op industry in Arkansas.  Anthony moved to Texas in 2010 where he worked in senior roles on the supply desk for Champion Energy Services until leaving to join the initial founding team of a start-up, Pulse Power.  At Pulse, Anthony managed all supply and pricing functions where he was able to build his own internal systems to automate much of the day-to-day responsibilities.  After an acquisition, Anthony landed with Shell Energy Solutions where he worked in senior roles focused on business development, strategy, growth, and business valuation.
